At Korvyn, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, here is our clear return and refund policy.
1. Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt — in accordance with international consumer rights (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive).
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition

Returned in the original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by the proof of purchase
Personalized items, sale items, or used products are excluded from returns, unless they are defective.
3. Return Process

Email us at help@korvynshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will send you instructions for the return shipment.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (except in the case of an incorrect delivery or a defective product).
4. Refunds
After we have received and inspected the return:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation by email.
Note: Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
6. Defective Items
If your product arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs.
